The Sardine Fast is designed to help reset your body’s omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acid ratio, a key marker of metabolic health.

Many people today have an omega-3 to omega-6 ratio as high as 18:1 due to ultra-processed foods and inflammatory seed oils. Our goal this week is to move that ratio closer to 1:1.

By combining an 8-hour eating window with nutrient-dense SMASH fish, you support fat burning, improve metabolic flexibility, and create the conditions for better energy, focus, and long-term health.
