Terms of Enrollment

The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in Reset Academy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in Reset Academy (“Program”) and accessing the Program portal or membership site (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Enrollment, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or notices provided on the Site or in communications from the Company.

 

• Program Details

 

Reset Academy is a self-guided health and fasting education program designed to help participants build sustainable health and lifestyle practices.

Program membership may include:

• Reset team and community support
  • Live group coaching calls
  • Health and wellness training courses
  • Access to a private Facebook community

Program features may be updated, expanded, modified, or removed at the Company’s discretion.

 

• Program Participation

 

The Company aims to maintain a respectful and productive environment for all participants.

The Company may limit, suspend, or terminate participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if a participant:

• behaves in a disruptive manner
  • fails to follow program guidelines
  • interferes with the experience of instructors or other participants

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Program does not replace professional health training, certification, or licensing.
  • Participation does not authorize you to provide medical care, prescribe treatments, or provide professional health services.
  • Any activities you perform in the health and wellness field remain subject to your own qualifications, education, and licensure.

 

• Program Content:

 

Program education and information are designed for a general audience. Materials are not individualized advice.

All materials, procedures, policies, manuals, presentations, recordings, downloads, and related educational resources provided by the Company or its facilitators (“Program Materials”) are provided solely for personal educational use.

Program Materials may not be sold, copied, recorded, shared, distributed, taught, or otherwise disclosed without written permission from the Company.

Use of the ideas or information contained in the Program Materials occurs at your own discretion and responsibility.

The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in Program Materials.

Account credentials, including usernames and passwords, may not be shared with third parties.

Violation of content usage policies may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

 

• Privacy and Confidentiality

 

Participants may share personal experiences during coaching sessions or community discussions. Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.

You agree:

• not to infringe upon the Company’s intellectual property rights
  • not to disclose confidential information shared by other participants or the Company
  • not to distribute proprietary materials outside of the Program

All Program Materials remain the confidential and proprietary intellectual property of the Company.

Participants may discuss their personal results publicly, but may not disclose statements or experiences shared by other participants.

 

• Recording and Media Use

 

Reset Academy may record live coaching calls, workshops, Q&A sessions, or other Program events (“Live Sessions”).

By participating in Live Sessions you acknowledge:

• audio or video recording may occur
  • your voice, image, and participation may appear in those recordings

The Company may use recordings for program development, educational materials, internal training, or marketing across platforms including the Program portal, websites, and social media.

You grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use these recordings for the purposes listed above.

Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings should keep cameras off, avoid speaking during recorded sessions, or choose not to attend those sessions.

The Company will not use a participant’s full name or personal health information in public marketing materials without consent.

 

• Membership and Fees

 

Reset Academy offers three membership options.

Monthly membership
$87 USD billed every 30 days. The monthly membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Semi-annual membership
$350 USD billed every six months. The membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Annual membership
$600 USD billed every twelve months. The membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

 

• Billing and Cancellation

 

Enrollment authorizes the Company to charge the payment method on file according to the selected membership plan.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date to prevent future charges.

Cancellation stops future billing. Access to the Program continues through the end of the paid billing period.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

 

• Limitation of Liability

 

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Program Materials, Site, or related services.

The Site, Program Materials, and private community spaces may change over time. The Company makes no guarantee regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

The Program provides educational information related to health, wellness, fasting, nutrition, and lifestyle. This information does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participants should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions or health decisions.

Nothing within the Program Materials, Site, or community spaces constitutes the practice of medicine, psychotherapy, counseling, or other licensed healthcare services.

 

• HIPAA Privacy Rule 

 

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services establishes privacy standards for certain healthcare providers under the HIPAA Privacy Rule.

Participation in Reset Academy does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and the Company or any affiliated individuals.

The Company is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not maintain participant records under HIPAA regulations.

 

• License 

 

Access to Program Materials is granted through a limited license.

Participants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program Materials during the active membership period for personal educational purposes.

Participants agree:

• to protect the reputation and integrity of the Program
  • not to challenge the ownership or validity of the Program Materials
  • not to misuse or damage the reputation of the Company
  • to follow applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the materials

This license does not grant ownership rights in any Company trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, or related intellectual property.

Unauthorized use of Program Materials may result in termination of access and legal action.

 

• Dispute Resolution

 

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Enrollment shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Jose, California under the laws of the State of California.

Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Participants may not participate in class actions, consolidated claims, or representative proceedings.

The arbitrator may not combine claims from multiple individuals unless all parties agree after the arbitration process begins.
