Both memberships allow access to all of the same programs within the Reset Academy.  The only difference is that for the yearly membership, you pay a one-time payment that covers 12 months in the Academy and is automatically renewed the following year. Where as the semi-yearly monthly subscription, renews in 6 months from the date of purchase unless you cancel prior to the automatic renewal. 

Semi-yearly members can cancel at any time by going into your settings and click cancel (see below). Note: no refunds for semi-yearly subscriptions.

YEARLY members, choosing to cancel within 7 days. You must email: [email protected]  To request a REFUND and ask us to cancel your subscription. If you simply go into your settings and cancel, it will cancel the subscription from renewing the following year but will not generate an refund.

Using credit card:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your Avatar from the page header.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown.
4. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.

Using PayPal: 

1. You must log in to your PayPal account then go to Settings.
2. Click Payments in the top menu.
3. Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
4. Select the Dr. Mindy Pelz Chiropractic Corporation  in the left sidebar.
5. Click the Cancel button.
6. Confirm their wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments.

The YEARLY subscription is the only one eligible for Refunds. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we can refund the full amount. Past 7 days, your year-long membership is non-refundable. 

Semi-yearly subscriptions are NON-refundable.

Yearly Option:

If you have selected to pay for the entire year, you will be charged immediately.  Your membership will be automatically renewed after one year, and payment will be charged to your credit card.  You will be notified via email before the renewal date, and you will have the option to cancel the membership renewal. However, if you wish to receive a refund, you must email: [email protected]  to request a refund within 7 days of subscribing. Yearly is only refundable within the first 7 days.

Semi-yearly Option:

If you select the semi-yearly membership, you will be charged $350 immediately for 6 months of access. Your membership will automatically renew every 6 months from your original date of purchase, unless canceled prior to renewal. Please note, the semi-yearly option is NON-refundable.

The semi-annual membership is a 6-month option requiring a one-time payment of $350, which is non-refundable, though you can cancel at any point during the membership period. However, for the most comprehensive experience—and the greatest value—we highly recommend our yearly membership at $600. This provides uninterrupted access to all the incredible resources our academy has to offer!
